This stunning and unique ink black chiffon dress covered in pleats is extra special with a gathered bubble skirt and a silk fitted waistband. The neckline and sleeves are sheer. The back has two decorative tie bows at neckline and above a 13" zipper. There is a 9" opening between the tie bows that centers between your shoulder blades.The skirt is lined in a black cotton muslin. This hard to find item is in excellent condition!
